Education : B.Tech (Food Technology) or equivalent
Experience : 15+ yrs in Bakery unit
Job Location: Bangalore
CTC : 15 Lakhs
Job Description :
- As a plant head, you will be the spearheading and leading the production at the plant and managing day to day operations and issues with respect to the manufacturing unit,with regards to all the products.
- Spearheading the efficient and effective day to day operations of the plant including operations, production,planning,maintenance,supply chain, finance as well admin functions
- Formulating strategies for achieving annual business goals for the division and managing overall operations of the unit and leading teams towards the achievement of organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Providing guidance and recommending improvements on manufacturing methods to reduce errors.
- Ensuring quality product delivery
- Formulating SOP for new processes /equipment to control the quality of manufactured goods.
- Conducting internal audits and risk assessment.etc
