Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Supervises staffs in the Quality Operations division.

2. Leads complaint investigations, failure analysis of returned products and determines whether to stop ship/stop production.

3. Resolves quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans and providing resources.

4. Coordinates with Sales, Purchasing, and Production department beads to resolve customer complaints and provide status updates on corrective actions taken.

5. Collaborated with Product Development head and Quality Assurance Managers to plan suitable verifications, validations, qualifications and testing methods.

6. Provided guidelines to production department on the implementation of assurances, process controls and CAPA systems to ensure that internal and external requirements are met.

7. Responsible for the layout reports for all new products & regular products to verify a part states.

8. Knowledge in new product development as a quality control.

9. Responsible for the Incoming inspection of raw material & sub supplier sheet metal parts.

10. Responsible for the in-process inspection for press parts & fabricated parts.

11. Knowledge in final inspection to avoid delivery of faulty products

12. Resolves quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans and providing resources.

13. Knowledge in problem solving techniques such as Action plan (3WIH) & 8D, Kaizen, CAPA

14. For a customer complain submitting a Continuous improvement (kaizen) for major issues.

15. Knowledge in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).

16. Giving a point lesson to the operator for eliminating customer complaints.

17. Working to achieve my targets towards management objectives.

Quality In-charge :

1. Internal Auditor for IATF 16949:2016 AND ISO 9001:2025.

2. Supervises staffs and workers in the Quality Operations division and also in PPC.

3. Leads complaint investigations, failure analysis of returned products and determines whether to stop ship/stop production.

4. PPAP Document Preparation and Submission and Getting Approval from Customer.

5. QMS Audit Document Preparation.

6. Supplier Quality Engineer.

7. NPD (New Product Development).
