National Operation Manager - Hard Line with a leading Total Quality Assurance provider company

Looking out candidates with hard line/ hard goods experience into testing and operations of hard line

They have a network of more than 1,000 laboratories and offices and over 42,000 people in more than 100 countries, delivers innovative and bespoke Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification solutions for our customers- operations and supply chains.

- They are present in industries such as Chemicals, Energy and Commodities, Food and Healthcare, Products and Retail, Construction and Engineering, Government and Trade, Transportation.

JD:

Role in Planning, Execution and Completion of Hardgoods (Home d'cor, Candles, Kitchenware- Serve ware, Cookware, Cutlery) and Toys lab project.

- Readiness of lab for accreditations and effective operations.

- Review and control of lab systems for timely execution, delivery of projects with no customer complaints.

- Conduct seminars / training sessions for branding / client requests.

- Review of new enquiries, business potential and development of capabilities.

- Review and finalization of content and preparedness of training materials.

- Responsible to implement any new test method or process/es.

- Active Role in sales activities for maintaining and growing key accounts including exploration of new business opportunities.
