Job Description :
- Planning, Execution and Completion of Hardgoods (Home d- cor, Candles, Kitchenware- Serve ware, Cookware, Cutlery) and Toys lab project.
- Readiness of lab for accreditations and effective operations.
- Review and control of lab systems for timely execution, delivery of projects with no customer complaints.
- Train lab staff for test standards and capability development.
- Review of new enquiries, business potential and development of capabilities.
- Review and finalization of content and preparedness of training materials.
- Responsible to implement any new test method or process/es.
- Active Role in sales activities for maintaining and growing key accounts including exploration of new business opportunities.
- Account management of new clients.
- Delivery of set targets year on year.
- Handling of technical problems related to consumer hard goods.
- Lab accreditation
