- Transportation Tower Operations for Milk run Vehicle tracking in city
Work Closely with Sales, Logistics and Customer Supply Chain teams for order fulfillment against the Demand Plan
- Master Production Schedule of FG from RPDC & MRP on RPDC
- Aggregate Supply Planning for Sourcing RM from Manufacturing Plants
- Sales & Operations Planning at Plant and RPDC level
- Capacity Planning and Production Planning & Control at RPDC
- Track capacities of production plants & RPDCs to reduce variation in demand and supply
- VMI implementation for critical Customers
