Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal by supervising, organizing and directing manpower.

- Train & manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues, reach short- and long-term performance goals

- Manage transportation vehicles for in bound and out bound logistics operations

- Resolve any delivery related complaint, issues quickly and effectively.

- Maintain the security of warehouse and effective ways to reduce shrinkage

- Review, monitor and maintain required documents for safety, security and quality processes

Requirements :

- Should have 7+ years of experience in managing warehouse operations

- Team handling experience

- Good Communication & Presentations skills
