Navyug Infosolutions - Senior Mechatronics Engineer (5-12 yrs)
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechatronics Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have five years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing mechatronic systems. As a Senior Mechatronics Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading projects, innovating new solutions, and ensuring the seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and computer systems to create high-performance products, majorly related to the Defence industry.
Responsibilities :
- Contribute to designing, developing, and testing mechatronic systems and components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, and software engineers) to ensure efficient integration and functionality of systems.
- Conduct detailed analysis, simulations, and prototyping to validate designs and optimise performance.
- Oversee and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of components, materials, and suppliers for mechatronic systems.
- Drive innovation by staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum of five years of proven experience in designing and developing mechatronic systems.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for design, manufacturing and simulation activity (e.g., SolidWorks, Ansys, MATLAB/Simulink).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, control systems, and sensor integration.
- Experience with programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Python) for embedded systems and control algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechatronic issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in the Defence industry.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT (Internet of Things), and AI (Artificial Intelligence) integration in mechatronic systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in the development of mechatronic products for defence.
