Nestofix - Project Supervisior - Civil (1-3 yrs)
The Role
- Supervising the progress of all construction activities
- Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations
- Work closely with the business development and accounts team
- Make sure that clients- needs and all milestones are met as projects evolve
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise on day-to-day basis
- Act as the single point of contact and communicate project status to all concerned
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance
- Reviews quantities of materials received or used during specified periods, in order to minimize wastage and inefficiency.
- Regular reporting
What we are looking for
- Relevant Experience of Construction & Renovation work.
- Strong working knowledge of Civil, Interior Design, Electrical & Plumbing drawings.
- Customer-centric attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and take direction
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and help your teammates & service partners
