Network Engineer - Ericsson RAN Integration - Telecom Industry (4-9 yrs)
- Experience with Ericsson Baseband Units like BB6630, BB6648, BB6630, BB5216
- Night Shift
- 2 year Agreement
- The Work involves working on Ericsson e-RAN Integration, troubleshooting of all ENODEB alarms, RET and TMA troubleshooting
Responsibilities:
- Perform eNodeB Integration using the Base Station Integration Manager (BSIM), Ericsson Network Manager (ENM) and Advanced Managed Object Scripting (AMOS) and supporting the crew on site for both construction and troubleshoots issue on site.
- Provides advanced level troubleshooting support for Team and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Recommend changes to processes to facilitate the improvement of department's performance.
- Maintain a track of Engineer's training and based on the assessment of the training, suggest required areas of improvement to Engineers.
Essential Qualification and Skills:
- Master or bachelor's degree in EC, Telecommunication, or equivalent required with minimum 70% score.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Telecom Industry. Relevant experience of 1+ Year is mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills along with quick learner.
- Proficient with LTE network architecture and functionalities.
- Proficient with Ericsson OSS tools, Common Explorer & RBS Element Manager.
- Excellent Understanding of S1 & X2 Transport network parameters and Radio Network parameters.
- Must have a hands-on experience in Ericsson's Baseband units like, BB5216, BB6630, BB6648, BB6651.
- Familiar with License Key Feature (LKF) activation & Software upgrade procedures using Software & Hardware Manager (SHM) - LTE (L18Q4, L19Q1).
- Familiar with Add Remove Network Element (ARNE) to add, modify and delete network objects from the Ericsson Network Manager.
- Familiar with Secure Gateway (Citrix), FileZilla, RBS Element Manager, Putty, Quantum tool, PILOTS tool.
- Understanding of Remote Electrical Tilts (RET) and troubleshooting related to RET issues.
- Proficient with Alarm Handling & Fault Management.
- Added advantage for Engineers who have worked for telecom operators in US/UK/EU countries.
Working Conditions:
- Night Sifts
- Should be flexible & ready to work on Indian/US holidays including weekends based on the Project requirement.
- Night shift allowance as per company policy will be provided.
