New Product Development Engineer (2-6 yrs)

- Qualification- Masters in Food & Nutritional Sciences
Key Tasks & Activities:
New Projects:
- Matching (in terms of color, taste and pallet) of products in identified markets Provide input to nominated operational projects
- New Customer/Client Interaction
- Coordinate and facilitate with Supplier and Quality team
- Project feasibility study (Documentation - Understand product specifications, collate list of specifications & compliances study) & proposal to Management
- Supplier Evaluation
- Product concern resolution & customer satisfaction
- Understand the customer requirement and support the Procurement team with leads
Research & Development:
- Own up the entire Product Development life cycle for Domestic market
- Create new products
- Supplier Evaluation
Key Result Areas:
1. Support in Harmonize products and processes between India and Turkey.
2. Contribute to the overall Group Revenues by 2.5%.
3. Project Management.
Measures:
1. 100% adherence to project timelines.
2. Adding 1 new product to our range each month (12 in the year).
3. Ensure smooth transition from a project phase to the first shipment phase without delay
