New Product Development Engineer - Ceramic/Sanitaryware (4-5 yrs)
1. 1. At least 4 years related working experience in Product Development using the tool CREO/Pro engineer.
2. Required software experience: CREO-Pro/E - 2 years minimum.
3. Develop and/or modify component and assembly CAD models. Generate engineering detail subassembly, assembly, and layout drawings. Revise and redraw existing drawings.
4. Coordinate development of prototypes and provide appropriate electronic data to both internal and external suppliers.
5. Develop information for product installation literature and parts lists
6. Oversee Data Management Process and advise PDM associates for release and control of product data / documents / drawings.
7. Lead or support preparation of bills of materials, Engineering Change Notifications, and Engineering Change Requests.
8. Knowledge of common national / international standards, understand product / part specific standards (including Co. standards) and their use during drawing / data creation.
9. Coordinate with Global Central CAD Systems Team for regular updates and upgrades of CAD software's
10. Basic GD&T (Geometric dimension & tolerance) knowledge & should able to demonstrate tolerance stack up.
11. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
12. Design & Development experience of casting products (Must), Plastic Injection Molding (Must), Sheet Metal, Rubber parts /assemblies
13. Must have worked on complete NPD (New Product Development) cycle - from Kick-off till Product launch
14. Strong communication and presentation skills
