New Product Development Role (4-9 yrs)
- Development of new products for customers as per their technical specifications & Timelines
- Experience in Design & Development of Electro-Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic products
- Experience in design & development of Solenoids, Relays, Switches, Sensors, etc.,
- Selection of Electronic components in discussion with component manufactures to meet customer specific requirements
- Communicate with customer as a single point contact from product concept to launch.
- Conduct internal Cross Functional Team(CFT) meetings regularly
- Communicate with suppliers to develop new parts & new tooling's (Including commercials)
- Plan and execute various development activities to meet customers timelines
- Prepare all the required APQP / PPAP documents related to new products
- Handle ECN changes for existing products
- Hand over the new projects with required documents to operations team after customer approval for mass production
- Handle all product related issues with customers in Coordination with internal team
