New Product Development - Supply Chain - Pharma/OTC/FMCG/Food/Beverages/Cosmetic (2-4 yrs)
Experience in Supply Planning or Purchase Management is mandatory
Supply Chan New Product Development - Pharma/OTC/FMCG/Food/Beverages/Cosmetic Top Tier MBA
Key responsibilities :
- Lead the product development process
- Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project
- Manage product development timelines
- Operate as a single point of contact between manufacturing, R&D, packaging, supply chain, marketing, regulatory, legal and all other teams involved in product development
- Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
- Ensure achievement of profitability targets for new products
- Lead weekly cross functional meetings
- Identify critical constraints for each project on a weekly basis and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to complete those activities
- Followup with relevant stakeholders during the week to achieve closures on activities planned for the week
- Prepare detailed trackers along with individual stakeholders
- Own trackers of individual projects along with marketing managers
- Prepare fortnightly / monthly updates for top management
- Ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
Requirements :
- MBA from a Premier B school with 2 - 4 years of experience of developing new products in the consumer products sector
- Experience of working with wide ranging cross-functional teams
- Comfortable in working with people across the hierarchy
- Highly energetic, motivated,self starter
- Out of the box thinker with ability to think of smart and innovative solutions to existing problems
- Ability to work on tight timelines
- Ability to think through minute details while not loosing the big picture and plan accordingly
- Strong communication and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
