We are seeking a Manager Production with experience in the manufacturing industry to lead production team of an EMS organization.

- The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, quality management, and lean manufacturing principles.

- The candidate should be able to manage and improve the production process to meet the company's objectives.

Responsibilities :

- Managing and leading the production team to ensure smooth operation of the production floor

- Planning, organizing, and executing production schedules to meet customer demand

- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations

- Improving manufacturing processes and procedures to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality

- Coordinating with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and logistics, to ensure effective communication and coordination across the organization

- Developing and implementing production policies and procedures to optimize productivity and quality

- Providing guidance and training to production staff to improve their skills and performance

- Monitoring and analyzing production metrics, such as yield, cycle time, and downtime, to identify areas for improvement

- Managing production budgets and expenses to ensure profitability Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field

- 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a production management role

- Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and tools

- Experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 and IPC standards

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
