Job Description :

Process Engineer :

The Process Engineer will play a pivotal role in optimizing production processes, ensuring product quality, and driving efficiency gains. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing engineering principles, and employing data-driven techniques to enhance operational performance and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop manufacturing processes for electronic components and assemblies, ensuring efficient production and high product quality.

- Collaborate with design engineers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of new products and technologies

- Identify opportunities for process improvements, yield enhancements, cycle time reductions, and cost savings.

- Conduct process capability studies, root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions for process inefficiencies.

- Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives.

- Collaborate with Quality Control to develop and implement effective quality control procedures to ensure product quality and consistency.

- Participate in quality audits, analyze quality data, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements, yield enhancements, cycle time reductions, and cost savings.

- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure proper maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.

- Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.

- Provide training to production teams to ensure proper execution of manufacturing processes.

- Lead or contribute to process-related projects from concept to implementation, ensuring project timelines and objectives are met.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- 5+ years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.

- Solid understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control principles.

- Proficiency in process simulation, data analysis, and statistical tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).

- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to identify and address process challenges.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
