NOTO - Assistant Manager - Production (4-5 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager - Production to oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Assist in managing daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
2. Monitor production processes and implement measures for efficiency and waste reduction.
3. Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards, including FSSAI, HACCP, and GMP guidelines.
4. Supervise and train production staff, ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety protocols.
5. Coordinate with the quality assurance team to maintain consistent product quality.
6. Oversee inventory management, raw material procurement, and production planning.
7. Identify and resolve production-related issues to minimize downtime.
8. Maintain documentation and reports related to production performance and compliance.
9. Collaborate with R&D and maintenance teams to improve product and process efficiency.
10. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Skills and Qualification Requirements :-
1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of production processes and equipment used in the ice cream industry.
3. Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
4. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
