NTL Logistics - Senior Operation Executive - Freight/Supply Chain (4-7 yrs)
We a have opening for Sr Operation Executive at our Bangalore branch .
Job Description :
- Documentation-Shipping & Custom Document Prep ration
- Invoicing for all shipments (Air & Ocean )
- Giving MBL Instructions to shipping Line & creation HBL .
- Preparing custom documents
- Overseas Communication-Correspondence and co-ordination with overseas agents, Pricing and arranging quotes
- Coordinate with customer & agents worldwide .
- Providing quotes to customers on custom clearance & transportation
- Negotiating rates with Transport vendors worldwide
- Customer Relation-Updating status to importers and exporters, clarifying on issues relating to documentation, clearance procedures etc, as a single point contact
- Getting rates from main line & co- loaders
- Monitoring new shipments, arranging filing of console manifests, filing bills of entry/shipping bills
- Team Management & Allocation of work to respective depts.
- Collection/arranging payments to Airlines, Shipping Lines, freight forwarders, other vendors etc.,
- Facilitate shipment status update through monitoring movements from origin to destination .
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Candidate should have 4-5 years of Experience from Logistics / Shipping Industry, well verse with Export /Import documentation process, ability to handle operation cycle of shipments .
- Training to new comers for documentation & Freight forwarding operations .
- Candidate should have Excellent command on English .
