Job Summary :
1. Looking for a good looking and reliable passionate Admin
2. With good management skills and good command on English with 0 to 1 years of experience
Responsibilities and Duties :
1. Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
2. Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
3. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
4. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
5. Arrange interview to the company
6. Maintain documentation & record-keeping for the Administrative department.
7. Should Work Confidentially
8. Maintaining an address book for all the contacts.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
Qualification : Any Graduate/Any PG.
