We are urgently looking for Office Administration Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience

Candidate should perform Office Administration, Store Management, vendor management, office correspondence, and back-office executive duties.

1. Should have minimum 2 - 4 years of working experience in Admin function

2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

3. Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, etc.)

4. Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping

5. Should have Good Oral / Written communication Skills in English

6. Expertise in office Administration, handling Housekeeping / Security operations

7. Should handle visitors/ vendors/ Pantry services/ Utility services / Invoice processing etc

8. Key management / Stationery management

9. Should know about Vendor Management / Handling Vendors
