Officer Manufacturing Role - Food Safety (1-2 yrs)
Urgently sourcing for male candidates with the below mentioned qualifications and expertise :
Location : Bangalore / Bengaluru
Qualification : Bsc / Msc ( Food / Microbiology / Chemistry ), B. Tech. Food Technology
Experience : 1-2 year in snack industry - worked with same roles and responsibilities
CTC Offered : Commensurate to qualifications and experience
Role & Responsibilities :
- Ensure that all operation in the food lab follows work instructions set forth by Test Procedures (TPs), Standard Operating -Procedures (SOPs) and Cleaning and Sanitation procedure
- Understand and obey all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Good Laboratory Practice
- Reagent (microbiological and chemical) preparation & Standardization
- Chemical Analysis to be done - Moisture analysis, Peroxide value, Free fatty acid, Fat content, Salt Content
- Microbial analysis of TPC, Yeast and mold, Coliform
- Calibration of lab equipment, Weighing balance, temperature Gun, Glassware
- Sensory Evaluation of Finished good
- Inventory & stock management of all Chemical and glassware used for lab
- Preparation of SOP for different lab testing
- Reporting to seniors immediately if deviation in results from standard
- Inward quality analysis ( Physical, Chemical & Microbiological ) of Raw material - Nuts (Cashew, Almond Peanut ), Spices, Salt Sugar, Berries, Raisins
- Verification of IPQA- in process quality assurance
- Checking of packing compliance
- Online quality checking of running production
