Officer - Safety (5-8 yrs)
Job Purpose :
- Ensuring safety
- Ensuring safety to assure that there is zero harm to the employees and all the stakeholders involved in different processes in the plant.
- Safety induction programmes and training and updating the hazards n different areas from time to time.
- PPE
- Monitoring the personal protective equipment required in different areas in the plant.
- Subordinate development
- Monitoring the training needs of safety stewards and making them aware of any new safety measures so that those can be implemented smoothly and timely.
- Briefly describe the general purpose of the position or its significance from the organization's point of view and how it contributes to the overall mission/objective of the organization).
- The job involves monitoring and ensuring the safety inside the plant premises with the objective of zero harm to the employees and all the stakeholders involved in the process of production and other departments in the plant. This involves safety induction and timely training to the employees related to the health and safety hazards in different areas in the plant.
