Designation: Officer to Sr.Executive
No. of Positions : 7
Division: Formulation Injectables
Location: Vizag
Qualification: Diploma/ B.Tech Instrumentation
Years of Experience: 2 to 8 Years
Responsibilities:
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems(including DCS, PLC&SCADA)& Commissioning & Installation of Field Instruments.
- Good experience in logic modification, network communication, systems & instruments configuration, software and data back-up, etc with ABB, Rockwell, Siemens,DCS & PLC systems.
- Preparing and maintaining calibration records, instrument history record, instrument list,calibration planner, instrument classification, etc
- Qualification of equipment, IQ,DQ,PQ&OQ.
- Installation & calibration of all field instruments like flow, Temperature, pressure, level, BIM, DTMs with standard master calibrator& online calibration like HART communicator as per SOP
Technical skills :
- PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers):
- Allen Bradley(AB), Siemens, Delta, ABB.
- SCADA(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition):
- Allen Bradley : Factorytalk View Studio, RS view .
- Siemens : WinCC Flexible
- VFD (Variable frequency drive s) ABB, Danfoss.
