Oil Technologist - Oil/Grease & Lubricating Industry (20-25 yrs)

- Our client is a private label lubricant manufacturer serving the biggest brands in India and abroad.
- They are also recognized STAR EXPORT HOUSE serving over 25 countries. "They are one of the leading Grease and Oil manufacturers in India having huge strengths in manufacturing, packing and research of Greases and Oils for over 25 years now.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Development of Lubricating oils, automotive and industrial as per the customer requirements .
2. Optimizing the oil formulations for more efficient and cost effective lubricants.
3. Testing of oils, view or existing as per the standards.
4. Guiding Production team for optimization science (Chemistry) post graduate, with extensive knowledge
Experience : A minimum of 20 years-experience in R&D managerial roles in Oil, Grease & Lubricating Industry.
- Project management role is needed
- Previous experience in Oil, Grease & Lubricating company focused on OEM market channels is a must.
Knowledge :
- Good knowledge of R&D processes and organization in Oil, Grease & Lubricating companies is needed,
- Extensive Knowledge of technical applications and manufacturing implication, methods and requirements
- Extensive knowledge of mechanics of materials and material properties.
