Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer's to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore (Jakkur & Hosur). The ideal candidates will oversee construction activities, ensure quality control, coordinate with stakeholders, and uphold the high standards of craftsmanship that define Oli Crafts LLP.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities
- Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, and design teams
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards
- Ensure timelines, safety protocols, and project specifications are met
- Provide problem-solving support and maintain detailed site documentation
Qualifications
- 2- 3 years of experience in interior and residential projects
- Strong background in on-site supervision and project management
- Proficiency in quality control practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
