Onward Technologies - Design Engineer (2-4 yrs)
We are currently hiring freshers for the below requirement
Job Description:
- Design & conceptualizing plastic and sheet metal parts, Pipe routing based on the hydraulic ckt. design and Wire harness
- Material selection based on the load and environmental conditions pertaining to Heat pump
- Perform tolerance stack-up analysis
- Release manufacturing drawings in Team Center
Mandatory Skills:
- Knowledge in plastic & sheet metal parts design and manufacturing process
- Knowledge in manufacturing and assembly processes and techniques involving injection molding, press tools and pipe manufacturing
- Knowledge in GD&T and Tolerance stack-up
- Basic Experience in working with SAP like BOM creation and ECR handling
- Experience in 2D, 3D and assembly drawing preparation using UG-NX and Teamcenter
- Knowledge in UG-NX part families
- Knowledge of mechanical product development process
Soft Skills:
- Good presentation, communication, interpersonal skills
- Ability to interface with cross-functional teams including customers
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a offshore team
Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
Relevant years of experience: 2 to 4 yrs
