Operation Manager - Port/Port Logistics (7-10 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities :
1. Project planning and execution.
2. Delivery management.
3. IT delivery- application/ equipment support.
4. Monitor methodologies, process.
5. Client/vendor/internal stakeholder relationship.
6. Client review meeting.
7. Attending customers from port/plane.
8. Operation lead at project for company.
9. Managing all day to day shift operation in line with the client requirement.
10. Making necessary procedures, safety measures & rules for daily operation.
11. Maintaining 100% accuracy at tagging & de tagging.
12. Daily report, weekly report & monthly report circulation to client.
13. Maintain good relation with competent authorities & client.
14. Co- ordinate with HO team for necessary help & sw/hw requirements.
15. Maintaining records operation & tag inventory at site.
16. Making sure the vendor executing operation comply all requirement as per SOP/SLA & contracts.
17. Forecasting requirement of tags & consumable.
