Operations Executive - E-commerce (0-5 yrs)
Role : E-commerce operations Executive.
Job Description :
- Onboard products on Marketplaces.
- Mainitain competitive pricing on website and Marketplaces.
- Onboard new vendors.
- Oversee complete life cycle of an order from order receipt to delivery and feedback management.
- Manage the packaging, inventory and delivery of all orders on a daily basis.
- Manage vendor relationships.
Requirement :
- Ability to manage data and compare prices with competitors.
- Ability to identify good vendors and negotiate terms.
- must be able to speak to customers on delayed deliveries.
- Should keep the portal up-to-date on product prices.
- Kannada speaking ability and 2-wheeler licence is an advantage.
