Operations Head - Farm Management (9-13 yrs)
Title : Operations Head (Farm Manager)
Reporting to : CEO
- This is a leadership role at the site, with all departments reporting in to this position. This person will be an interface between Management and Farm team. He shall be responsible to manager and develop the overall operations of the site.
- Other Depts / People to coord with:All departments within the site location, local authorities, and company and group departments as needed
Job Functions :
1. Overall Operations of the site including financial controlling, Man management, Vendor management, Farm P&L, farm innovations & Up gradation.
2. Water management, Estate management of more than 5000 acres of land
3. Hire locally as and when required
4. Lead the farm management efforts as well as land management & administration at site
5. Good understanding of farm production, labor & liaison, site / farm management and administration
6. Ensure that all the SOPs are followed by each function
7. Ensure that records are maintained as needed by each function
8. Local liaising with Govt. and other bodies as and when required
Work conditions - Based at Site location. Mizrapur, UP
Additional Specification for the Job :
Education & Qualification : B.Sc. M.Sc./Agri Business, Food Technology/ - Any specialization
Back ground Sectors / Industries required, if any : Agri, Food business with experience in site and operations management.
Work Experience, in years : Min 10 to Max 15 years
Salary Range : Rs. 10.00 to Rs. 15.00 Lakhs Per Annum.
Gender : Male preferred
Age group : Between 30 to 40 years of age
Technical Skills :
- Knowledge and past experience in such remote location site management. Team management and well versed with farm related activities.
- Must have good knowledge of MS office - mainly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Behavioral : Person is expected to display high degree of maturity and management skills. Man management and liaison skills essential
