Job Title : Head - Operations
Job Location : Oonaiyur, Pudukkottai District (TN)
Experience : 15+ Years
Qualification : Graduate in Engineering
Preferable : Project Management
Dimensions : Green Field Projects
Relevant Experience :
- Sound Knowledge in project planning and execution, Operations management, Process Management and Business Reengineering.
- Sound Experience in Process Industry ( Preferable in Extraction Units)
- Adept in handling multiple teams.
Key Accountabilities :
- Execution of Green Field Facility from the scratch within the stipulated timelines.
- Successful commissioning and commercializing of the Green field unit at Oonaiyur.
- Responsible for compliances of all applicable legal enactments.
- Effective coordination with the corporate office.
- Selection and deployment of suitable talents for smooth plant operation.
- Implementation of ISO systems, Food safety standards.
- Nuture this through the project Phase.
- To be able to assume the role of Head Plant Operations, once the facility is commissioned.
