Job Description - Head of Operations for Positioner Division
To be personally energetic, dynamic, positive, enthusiastic and possess the ability to :
- Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive under tight time scales and pressure.
- Be able to get things done and make things happen to achieve the aims of Sales and the Business.
- Ability to lead the operations covering Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase and other supporting functions.
- Ability to build a high performance team who can operate efficiently, effectively, productively and cost effectively.
- Able to understand the operational impact on Balance Sheet.
- Have a working understanding of the principles and tools of lean manufacturing, 6 Sigma, TPM and continuous improvement tools for MTS (Make to Stock) & MTO (Make to Order) product lines.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Have Customer focused approach.
