Operations Lead - IT (12-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- This is a group level role that will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the IT team across all entities, ensuring the availability and reliability of systems and networks, managing technology vendors, and implementing new technologies and processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and cyber security measures.
- Manager network infrastructure and system functionality.
- Over-see data backup & security operations (password/user authorization, firewalls).
- Establish strong vendor management process.
- Develop IT policies & practices.
- Network & Data security policy.
- Cost control and IT budgeting.
Skills and Experience :
- Proven experience in IT operations with 12-15 years of working in hi-tech environment.
- Understanding of IT operations in manufacturing plant and corporate office with Pan India presence.
