Operations Manager - Automotive (8-15 yrs)
Is responsible for product deliveries, ensuring confirmed customer orders are delivered on time, in good quality, within defined lead times and at agreed cost.
- Stabilize, harmonize, and improve existing processes on local level while adhering to process guidelines and designs.
- Understands operational logistics in all facets and can demonstrate the use of analytics to support business decisions.
- Resolves conflicts over resource allocation as well as project prioritization
- Be responsible for the LSP(Logistics Service Providers)-invoice verification and the release of the payment for the respective LSP-invoices
- Responsible for DC/Warehouse hygiene/standards, efficiencies
- Responsible for transportation optimization, cost and efficiencies
- Responsible for exports and indent shipments
- Responsible for customs/CHA management and compliance related matters
- Manage shipping/distribution cost and inventory carrying cost.
