Operations Manager - Production - Chemical (3-5 yrs)
EXPERIENCE PROFILE :
Operations experience of 3-4 years, MS Office skills mandatory
1. Production planning :
- Keeping track of orders on hand & managing production schedule
- Proactive communication with plant and planning team.
- communicating with clients on delivery schedules
2. Purchasing of all Raw Material and Packing Material :
- Price negotiation
- Supplier finalization
- New Vendor development
3. Responsible for transportation and operational follow ups.
4. Arranging payments and managing account reconciliation.
5. Trouble-shooting and problem solving to have smooth & uninterrupted production.
6. Generating purchase orders, work Orders & inventory updates
7. Knowledge on GST & custom clearance activities
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :
- Engineering mechanical / chemical
- MBA preferable but not essential
