As the Operations Manager for our Solar Panel Cleaning Robot, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of operations related to our innovative product. You will work closely with our engineering team to develop strategies to optimize the performance of our solar panel cleaning robot. You will also be responsible for managing and training a team of technicians to operate and maintain the robot, ensuring that it is running efficiently and delivering value to our customers. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and all regulatory requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of the solar panel cleaning robot, including scheduling, cleaning techniques, and maintenance.

- Manage a team of technicians responsible for operating and maintaining the robot, including training, supervision, and performance management.

- Monitor and track performance metrics for the robot, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

- Collaborate with our engineering team to identify new opportunities to improve the design and functionality of the solar panel cleaning robot.

- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and manage customer relationships.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- 3+ years of experience in operations management in the solar industry or related field.

- Experience managing a team of technicians or engineers.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
