Level : SCM Operations Manager

CTC : upto 15 LPA

Location: Chennai

Key requirements

1) Excellent communication

2) Someone who is currently managing a team of at least 15 people

3) Should have managed End to End Supply chain Management

4) Candidate should have managed end to end procurement cycle

5) Should have managed global geography

6) Flexible to work in shifts

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree (RQ) MBA (PF)

Experience : 10+ yrs. relevant purchasing, Supply chain or consulting experience.

Description:

Program leader, accountable for planning and directing the delivery of a procurement BPO service offering to a strategic client and ensuring client satisfaction

Responsibilities

- Continually works with the client to communicate the strategy, understand organization requirements / pain points and execute the vision

- Directs, supports and manages the account leadership team- comprising of 1st and 2nd level P2P teams

- Develops objectives and plans for team leads and track performance to annual goals - working to drive efficiency, productivity and alignment with strategic direction.

- Meets or exceeds all key client metrics

- Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, problem solving, organisation, documentation and process management skills

- Solid understanding of a high availability mission-critical outsourcing program. Ability to create and manage Operational processes and procedures. Solid understanding of building scalable client solutions

- Oversees a client governance structure that comprises comprehensive, coherent processes and communications

- Accountable for the financial performance of the contract - in terms of Revenue / Margin and Growth potential generates additional revenue by working with the client and marketing additional services

- Assist in business development

Competencies / Skills:

- Strong leadership skills in a client-facing environment

- Excellent communication and follow up skills

- Client Management skills

- Able to handle escalations both within the team and from the client side

- In depth knowledge of procurement management processes and best practices

- Expert in purchase to pay and sourcing processes

- Willing to travel or relocate to client site
