Operations Manager - Support (4-10 yrs)
Job Description :
1) To supervise and implement efficient branch management operations through branch managers /in Charges.
2) Ownership of multiple branch operations.
3) Ensure excellent service levels are been served with all the customers.
4) Monthly Inventory reconciliation, Quarterly asset verification.
5) To undertake regular training & capability building activity for the team members at the branches.
6) Cost & cash management, budget allocation.
Desired Candidate :
1) Should have minimum 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in customer service management, branch operations management, Logistic & Inventory management.
2) Should be a graduate or post graduate.
3) Should be well versed in english, hindi & marathi(local language).
4) Should have excellent analytical skills with problem solving attitude and acumen.
