Job Description :
1. Smooth Operation of Plant
2. Planning, scheduling, monitoring & control of execution of operations.
3. Undertaking daily operation documentation (includes daily reports, checklist, and inspection report.)
4. Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP- s) for assigned production operation and/or Process
5. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental procedures.
6. Monitoring & controlling of process with DCS system to maintain high quality standards of products. Handing entire process system with DCS and APC
7. Start-up and shutdown Operations of multistage evaporator, lime kiln.
8. Preparing and keeping plant ready for AUDIT
9. Worked as shift engineer in Batch and continuous process.
10. Record keeping
11. Log book maintaining and taken action any pending job
12. Maintain shutdown permit, confined space permit and hot work permit
13. Optimize various process parameters for Lime Klin.
