Description:

The Packaging Senior Designer role is responsible for collaborating on the conception, development and execution of package design on one of Company's newest brands, Kylie. This role supports the Head of Design in all phases of packaging design with a high luxury aesthetic. The Packaging Designer must have a firm understanding of budgetary and timeline restraints while maintaining brand standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- All phases of primary, secondary and promotional package design from concepting, comps to final packaging

- Laying out artwork in dieline

- Color review of drawdowns, BATs, proofs

- Package componentry review

- Design Turnovers (DT0s) of package designs to cross-functional teams

- Good understanding of label & mono carton printing with knowledge in substrates and product development.

Qualifications:

- At least 2-4 years of package design experience, beauty, FMCG, ECommerce industry

- Passionate in product and graphic design; always seeking to grow and learn

- Highly motivated and self-starter

- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate ideas to both creatives and non-creatives

- Proficient in Adobe software - Illustrator, Photoshop;

- Strong print-production knowledge (dielines, bleed, color modes, live area, etc)

- Thrives in a team environment, contribute ideas and interact with cross-functional partners (Marketing, PCD, Production, Artwork Management)

- Manages well in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
