Packaging Officer (0-4 yrs)
- Operation of packing machines
- Preventive and predictive maintenance of machines
- Cleaning of machines during changeover and CIP
- Changeover of packing lines machine
- Machine cleaning (Conveyor, fillers, cartoning machines and palletising machines if any leakages)
- Planning and coordination with planning, production and material team for PM, paint etc
- Follow up with stake holders for trouble shooting of machines
- Filler operation
- Operational Knowledge of Cartoning machines
- Knowledge of Printers (Ink jet, Wax, thermal)
- Cartidge filling in printers
- Knowledge of safety sensors like Curtain sensor, limit switches etc
- Knowledge of Various PLC like Siemens, Allenbradley, ABB etc
- Knowledge of Gear box motors
- Knowledge of servo motors
- Basic Knowledge of SAP and computers
- Knowledge of Robots
- Ensure 5S of the working area.
- Ensure uptime / OEE of machines
