Packing Officer - Maintenance Services (4-9 yrs)

Job Description :


- Responsible for integrated packaging line;

- Ensure closure of maintenance issues concerning to inspection, fault finding in line with APU objectives.

- Ensure facilities operational conditions, safety, GMP compliance, and asset protection in order to satisfy internal customers.

- Ensure closure of all QMS activities in timely manner related to process equipment is to close in time like SOPs. Training, Phenix, Geode+ from engineering perspective.

- Execute equipment maintenance SOPs as per the defined schedule.

- Any other tasks/jobs assigned from time to time.

- Responsible for integrated packaging line preventative & breakdown maintenance and inventory of spares and consumables.

- Ensure execution of preventive maintenance for all process equipment as per approved PM plan.

- Manage (review, indent and procure) requirement of all spare parts and consumables to ensure equipment / facility availability all the time and to avoid down time for want of spares.

- Ensure maximum availability of equipment and facility for higher productivity and optimum utilization & support equipment uptime /OEE.

- Ensure that equipment breakdown attended promptly. Repetitive failures are analysed and corrective actions implemented to avoid the same in coordination with team.

- Ensure that all maintenance and engineering activities are carried out in safe and in compliance with GMP / establish procedure.

Candidate Profile :

Knowledge and Experience :

- Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical and Instrumentation engineer with a total work experience of 4 - 7 years in injectable sterile plant and working on integrated packaging line.

- Should be well versed with cGMP requirements along with domestic and international regulatory requirements

- Individual must have working knowledge of equipment typically used in sterile injectable manufacturing, Inspection and packaging.

- Relevant working experience in a Pharmaceutical industry.

HSE :

- To adhere to safety and environmental guidelines.

- Support to maintain site specific safety goals, PASS and expectations

- Support for preparation of HSE global audits.

- Energy & Water Conservation:

- Contribute towards energy & water conservation initiatives as per site specific goals.

- Meet Site specific goals

Skills :

- Proven ability to work with team, manage and motivate people to deliver the desired results.

- Language: Ability to read, understand, write and speak in English, Telugu and Hindi
