Job Description

We are looking for a Panel Officer (Electrical & Chemical) to oversee and ensure smooth operations of electrical panels, chemical dosing systems, and related plant equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in electrical systems as well as chemical handling and process monitoring, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate, monitor, and maintain electrical control panels and chemical dosing systems.

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment, switchgear, and control circuits.

- Ensure proper chemical preparation, dosing, and handling as per operational requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical and chemical systems to minimize downtime.

- Maintain daily operation logs, records, and technical documentation.

- Follow strict safety, health, and environmental protocols while handling chemicals and electrical systems.

- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and safety teams for smooth plant operations.

- Support audits, inspections, and compliance activities.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong knowledge of electrical control panels, switchgear, and power distribution systems.

- Hands-on experience with chemical dosing systems, mixing, and safety handling procedures.

- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams).

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Awareness of industrial safety standards (Electrical & Chemical safety protocols).

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems for monitoring and automation.

- Experience in industrial plants (Power, Chemical, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing industries).

- Certification in safety practices (like HAZOP, OSHA, or equivalent).

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Chemical Engineering (or related field).
