Roles and Responsibilities

Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016, CAPA, Auditing, System Process & RCA. Control of Documents & Records, Internal auditor of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016, Basic knowledge of Automobile manufacturing process of Casting, Forging, Machining, Welding and. To perform Supply Chain Audit.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Ensuring that processes needed for the Quality Management System are established implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.

- Reporting to top management on the performance of Quality management system for review and any need for improvement.

- Ensures the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.

- Plan and conduct internal audits and MRMs.

- Preparation and updating of Quality Manual.

- Issue control of Quality management system documents.

- Liaison with external agencies/customers matters relating to the PT Quality management system.

- Review of context of organization

- Review & Preparation of contingency plan.

- Review & preparation of risk & opportunities.

- Issue control of quality management system documents

- Responsible for all new product development related to quality department

- Responsible for new NPD quality management system before it goes to bulk production

- Adherence to timing plan of APQP

- Monthly review of QMS system and updating the status to top management.

- Highlighting the discrepancy of the APQP to management.

- Feasibility study and arrange the APQP meeting with consultation of the NPD manager.
