PDCOR - Documentation Expert (3-4 yrs)
Candidate who is having MBA degree/ or any technical degree B.Tech and having 3-4 years of working experience in Infrastructure Consultancy projects and having good writing and documentation skills i.e. preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP)/ Preparation of Tender document(s)/ Preparation of Bid document(s), preparation of pre-feasibility and feasibility reports, preparation of detailed project reports. We are looking for a person who is having some experience in infrastructure project development. Prime responsiblities includes:
- Bid Process Management of Infrastructure projects Sector with emphasis on PPP formats
- Suggesting appropriate bidding strategy
- Preparation of Request for Qualification (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) document
- Preparation of Contractual Documents
- Preparation of Business Plan Strategy for project implementation
- Preparation of different types of business proposals
- Preparation of Business Plan, Concept Notes and Proposals etc
- Preparation of Business Strategy or bidding EPC & PPP projects in different sectors like water, wastewater, tourism, road, transport etc
- Preparation of Business Plan, Concept Notes and Proposals
- Bid Process Management
