Qualification: B. Tech in Civil preferably with Construction Management from NICMAR
Experience: Minimum 5 years in project management of multiple building projects
- Experience should be with companies like AECOM/ CBRE/ Colliers/ JLL/L&T/ TCE/TATA/NBCC/Synergy/SCBRF etc.
- Preference for those who are having working experience in construction management of Hospitals / Hotels.
Job Description:
- Scheduling of works for multiple sites, procurement of vendors for site works, developing quality management and monitoring systems for managing multi site works
- He/she should have also handled coordination between architect (design team) and Execution contractor for clarification/interrogation of design drawings and detailing's.
