- CNC Operator with 5 years experience, with setting knowledge
- Ability to understand the process flow chart of the assembly to be manufactured
- Ability to design Tooling with designers, Tool Setting, Fixture Setting
- Prepare and Operate CNC Machine to perform tasks
- Set up and calibrate accessories and equipment.
- Keep detailed records for equipment and procedures.
- Setting of VMC/CNC Machine
- Understand specification of the task at hand desired results
- Supervise machines as they run and make adjustments as needed.
- Reporting to production manager
- Control and adjust machine settings as per production batch
- Troubleshoot problems during machine operation.
