Pernod Recard - Executive - Blending (3-8 yrs)
Objective -
- To be independently in-charge of spirit selection, blending and quality control.
Key Responsibilities-
- Responsible for selection of spirits for the purpose of blending.
- Analysis of spirits and blends as per quality norms and standards.
- Implement quality control measures/ procedures for wet goods.
- Minimize storage and handling losses in wet goods.
- Maintain appropriate records (quality control, excise etc.)
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in the liquor industry in a similar role
- Should have independently handled blending, spirit selection, and quality control of wet and dry goods
- Computer literate - conversant with MS Office & ERP
