Personal Assistant to Managing Directors (5-10 yrs)
Experience Required :
5- 10 years in executive assistance, business coordination, or client relations roles - preferably within corporate, consulting, finance, or high-growth industries.
Job Overview:
- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and business-savvy Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Managing Directors (MDs) in day-to-day operations, stakeholder management, and business development.
- The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, a strong professional network, and the ability to represent the leadership team in high-level interactions with clients, partners, and industry bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars, travel itineraries, meetings, and confidential correspondence for the MDs.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and briefing materials for board and client meetings.
- Handle sensitive communications with professionalism and discretion.
2. Business Development & Networking
- Leverage personal and professional contacts to explore business partnerships, client leads, and collaborations.
- Attend business events, conferences, and networking forums representing the company or MDs.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, clients, investors, and strategic partners.
- Coordinate business meetings, proposals, and follow-ups to support deal closures.
3. Strategic Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, operations, marketing, and finance) to align business initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and new venture assessments.
- Track key projects and KPIs on behalf of the MDs, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
4. Communication & Representation
- Draft official correspondence, reports, and stakeholder communication.
- Act as the point of contact between the MDs and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong executive presence and professionalism.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing senior executives or founders.
- Business acumen and ability to understand strategic priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM tools, and scheduling software.
- Discretion, initiative, and problem-solving capability.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field).
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree (preferred).
Salary Range (Indicative):
- 5- 7 years experience: - 10- 18 LPA (India) / USD 60,000- 85,000 (International)
- 8- 10 years experience: - 18- 30 LPA (India) / USD 85,000- 120,000 (International)
