Personal Assistant to Managing Partner (5-9 yrs)
Job Summary:
- We are looking for a trustworthy, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Partner and his family with day-to-day personal and household affairs.
- This role is unrelated to office or corporate work and will focus entirely on managing personal tasks, family logistics, and household coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle travel arrangements for family members, including booking flights, hotels, transport, and preparing itineraries.
- Assist with documentation and coordination for visa applications and renewals.
- Manage and track personal and family insurance policies (health, life, vehicle, etc.) and coordinate renewals or claims.
- Liaise with investment advisors and track personal/family investments and financial documentation.
- Coordinate with real estate agents, facility managers, or vendors for property management matters (rentals, repairs, visits, etc.).
- Set up and manage personal appointments (doctors, salons, consultants, etc.).
- Assist family members in daily tasks and errands as needed.
- Always maintain confidentiality and discretion while managing personal and sensitive information.
- Coordinate with household staff, vendors, and service providers.
- Manage calendars and reminders for key dates (renewals, bills, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any graduate from a recognized university
- A master's degree in management or a related field would be an added advantage
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Professionalism, discretion, and a solution-oriented mindset.
