Personal Secretary/Assistant (2-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Should be acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Should manage diaries and organize meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
- Should be reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- To ensure smooth functioning of the day to day workings of the support staff for indoor and out duty work
- Coordinate with chambers of commerce and subsequent registrations.
