Petoo - Delivery Coordination Manager (5-10 yrs)
Expected Results (KRA) :
- With the help of team, packing of all formats of fresh food in right quantity and at right time - 0 packaging and delivery error
- Riders/drivers alignment for each delivery session
- Regular rider hiring/onboarding
- Telephonic support for B2B clients - feedback and payment
- Ensuring food reaches customer on time - coordination with riders and internal team like customer support team
- Daily Order update on in-house platform and google sheet
- Managing dispatch and packaging team and enforcing processes
- Reporting KRA related metrics for team
- Improve operational efficiency in packaging, delivery and other related operations
